I’ve put together a neutral, source-based guide to Google’s proposed Project Loch data center campus in Chesterfield County. It summarizes the project, links to the Army Corps and Virginia permit records, highlights changes that have occurred during review, and includes practical questions residents may want to ask at Google’s open house.

My primary motivation is preservation. Once a document has been made public, I want there to be a durable record of it even if it is later removed, replaced, or becomes difficult to find on an agency or company website. The site is intended to keep the public record accessible and organized over time.

I’m sharing it as background information rather than as an argument for or against the project. The record is complicated and still evolving, and I think everyone benefits from being able to see the original documents, understand what regulators have asked, and distinguish established facts from claims that are still being evaluated.
